1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During festive seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support before placing an order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Any applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

6. Secure Packaging

Every jewellery order is carefully inspected and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Each package includes:

  • Secure protective packaging

  • Original product box

  • Invoice

  • Certificates (where applicable)

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take clear photographs of the package.

We will investigate the issue and assist you with a replacement or resolution.
