At Sukriti Jewels, we strive to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, certificates, invoices, and accessories are included.

The product shows no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or personalized jewellery.

Engraved products.

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards.

Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless received damaged or defective).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Wait for return authorization before shipping the product.

Pack the jewellery securely in its original packaging.

Ship the product using a reliable courier service or follow our return pickup instructions (where available).
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will receive confirmation of the inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, must be paid by the customer).
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping will be covered by Sukriti Jewels.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
